Disruptions to telephone service affecting Knox County offices have been RESOLVED

Thank you for your patience when trying to call our offices during the outage.
The Knox County Office’s telephone lines are now operational as of 8:00 a.m this morning and are functioning as expected.
We are working with Century Link to investigate what can be done to prevent the issue in the future.
