Telephone Outage at Court House RESOLVED

The Knox County Court House is currently experiencing issues with our Telephone Service which is affecting our ability to make and receive calls to/from the public.
We are currently working with our telephone provider to correct the issues that currently occurring.
At this time we have not been given and ETA on restoration of service.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Please stay tuned for updates as they become available.

In response to COVID-19 outbreak, the meeting of the Knox County Board will be held via Tele-Conference to allow for the CDC’s recommendation for Social Distancing.

January 30, 2019 Knox County Board Meeting Postponed.

Due to severe weather conditions forecasted, The Knox County Board Meeting Scheduled for 1/30/2019 at 6 P.M. has been postponed.
The meeting has been rescheduled for 6 P.M. on Wednesday February 6, 2019 at the Galesburg City Council Chambers.
Knox County Court House Closing at 12pm on Tuesday

Due to the severe weather conditions forecasted, The Knox County Courthouse will be closing at 12 P.M. on Tuesday 1/29/2019.
We will be resuming normal business hours starting on Thursday January 30, 2018.
County Board Meeting Tonight Has Been Postponed

Please be advised that due to the unfavorable weather conditions forecast for this evening, the Knox County Board meeting scheduled for this evening has been cancelled. The meeting has been rescheduled for January 30, 2019 at 5:00PM for the Closed session and 6:00PM for the regular session.
